In only his second match of the season, Manns topscored with 22 and backed it up with a matchwinning 4-8 off eight overs as the Swampies won by two runs.
“It was a really good effort,” skipper Mark White said.
“After our most recent game against Walla I was talking to Tommy Simmons about how it’s a shame we haven’t really been competitive after waiting for these competitions to merge.
“He said it’s funny how things can turn around quickly and sure enough it did on Saturday.
“Chris Manns and Dylan Hore bowled really well.
“I thought we were in the game after making 124 but we needed to bowl well.”
Henty struggled to 124 thanks with Archie Howard (4-15), Joe Perryman (3-12) and Nick Perryman (2-26) bowling well for Osborne.
Sam McCready topscored with 47 in the chase but wickets fell around him as Manns and Hore turned the screws.
Walbundrie defeated Walla by two wickets.
After being set a challenging 8-179, the Tigers held their nerve with Scott Montgomery (57) and Jarrod Miller (33) playing telling knocks.
Rand defeated TRYC by 38 runs with Bryce Swift (49) and Daniel Lieschke (4-18) the matchwinners.
Lockhart proved too strong for Burrumbuttock.
Holbrook accounted for Culcairn.
