After making 6-232, Colts ensured the victory when opening bowlers Dylan Adams and Fraser Ellis created havoc.
They had Rovers United-Bruck reeling at 3-17 before Jon Hyde added some respectability to the scoreline with 71 not out to take the total to 9-167.
Colts made 3-34 off six overs before stumps.
Benalla edged out Beechworth by three runs.
Chasing 8-262, the Wanderers went close through the efforts of Mark Butters (59 not out), Stewart Pearce (42) and Kayde Surrey (38).
James Saker grabbed 4-52 off 17 overs.
Yarrawonga-Mulwala thrashed Delatite and Ovens Valley United defeated Greta.
The Lakers were on track for outright victory but were held up by some late resistance from Matt Storer who made 27 not out.
