A case conference for the accused, Adam Dennis Coats, will be held on Wednesday between the defence and the Crown.
Magistrate Imad Karim-Abdul adjourned the matter in Albury Local Court on Tuesday to March 5 “for the DPP to consider the charge”.
Coates’ co-accused, Heath Kevin Parkinson, will also front court via a video link on the same day.
