A CHILTERN man has been charged with drug trafficking, cultivation and possession following a raid by police.

Officers searched a house in Park Street about 9.50am on Thursday.
They seized cannabis plants, dried marijuana, ammunition and stolen property.
A 35-year-old was arrested at the scene before being interviewed by police.
He was charged with drug offences and unlawful possession of the ammunition.

A youth received a caution for the stolen property.
Sergeant Brian Curran said the man had been released on bail.
The 35-year-old will appear before the Wodonga Magistrates Court on May 14.
Sergeant Curran said police had received information from the community.
“And as a result of that, we executed the search warrant,” he said.
