STAFF at a Wodonga business have been disappointed by the theft of a charity tin, which was collecting money to fight against ovarian cancer.

A man was filmed taking the tin from the counter at Henri’s Bakery about 11am on Friday, and putting it into a supermarket bag.
Employee Sandy Roberts said it was the second charity item that had gone missing.
“It’s just very disappointing when things like this happen,” she said.
"We've always got some type of donation tins here.
“I do know that there was a substantial amount in there, it was quite full.”

The man, who is said to be homeless, was arrested on Elgin Boulevard about 2.30pm.
He was placed in a divisional van outside Elgin's Hotel and was taken back to the police station.
The man will front court at a later date.
