Sharp carried his bat in the rain-shortened match, striking 11 boundaries in his 116.
It’s only his third game at provincial level this season.
Sam Harris chipped in with 54 as the home team posted 5-260 from the 47 overs.
The Phoenix was restricted to 7-140.
Elsewhere, Wodonga made 9-223 against Albury.
Cameron Suidgeest completed a fine double, scoring 38 at number seven and then snaring 2-23 from 10.
Byron Hales claimed 4-27 as Alex Popko’s 64 provided the bulk of Albury’s 107.
And St Patrick’s toppled Wodonga Raiders by 46 runs.
