Allegations that footballer Jarrah Maksymow assaulted a woman have been adjourned to April 9.
That followed a brief mention of the matters in Albury Local Court this week.
Charge certification has now been completed, after an unexpected problem prevented that in January.
Maksymow has been in custody since he was arrested in Wodonga on September 10, two days after fleeing the Hume League semi-final.
The Director of Public Prosecutions has alleged that Maksymow assaulted the woman in her Arunta Place, Springdale Heights, home just hours before taking part in the game.
He faces charges of aggravated break and enter with intent to commit a serious indictable offence while knowing there was a person inside, as well as assault occasioning actual bodily harm and contravention of an apprehended violence order.
