But despite being charged with serious offences likely to result in jail, Jessie Anne Pozzan did not stop her offending.
A few months later she was again arrested after police found a large plastic bag in her car containing 24.04 grams of methamphetamine.
The Tawonga South woman, 32, has decided against fighting the matters, so was committed for sentence in the District Court in April.
Of the 43 charges laid, the Crown has chosen to proceed with 38 including 30 back-up counts of supply or offer to supply a prohibited drug.
The substantive charges against Pozzan include that she supplied 24.042 grams of a prohibited drug on January 21, 2018, and that she supplied a prohibited drug between January 21 and February 3, for a total of 304 grams.
Pozzan will be sentenced in Albury also on two counts of deal with property suspected to be the proceeds of crime.
An agreed set of facts submitted by the DPP to Albury Local Court outlines how Pozzan was stopped by police for a random breath test in Parnell Street, Lavington, on February 3, 2018, about 4.50pm.
"Whilst speaking to the offender she appeared nervous as her hands were shaking."
The breath test was negative, but she gave a positive reading to an oral fluid test, for methamphetamine.
"The offender informed police she had smoked ice in the early hours of the morning at a friend's house."
The car was searched and the cash found in her purse, plus a list of first names alongside amounts under "paid" or "owing".
"Given the location of the tick list and the money, police believe the $1310 is the direct proceeds of prohibited drugs, namely methamphetamine," the case outline stated.
"She stated (the cash) was hers and it was from a win on the pokies at the SS&A and that she had withdrawn $600 from the ANZ ATM at Lavington Square the day before."
During a body search Pozzan was asked to reach under her singlet and remove her bra, in which three small bags of ice were found.
Police found a small bag with 2.011 grams of ice in her right jacket pocket when she attended an Albury panel beater on June 25, 2018.
A handbag on the front passenger seat of her car contained almost $500 cash and the large bag of ice.
