The Lions moved a win and percentage clear of seventh-placed Lockhart with one round remaining after making 6-182 and dismissing their opponents for 96.
Steve Brand (49), Daryl Webb (32) and Norm Barlow (30) led the way with the bat while Riley Knobel (3-18) and Brett Starick (2-21) bowled well.
Skipper Vince Chaffey said it was a complete performance.
“I was happy with 182 and our bowlers backed it up,” Chaffey said.
“Probably the biggest thing though has been our fielding over the past few matches.
“It’s improved a lot.”
Culcairn never looked back after Osborne veteran Darren Howard was caught at fine leg by Knobel on the second ball of the innings for a duck.
Only Sam McCready (29) provided resistance.
Walbundrie climbed to third spot after defeating Holbrook by six wickets.
The Brookers could only manage 122 and the home team reeled in the target through some good batting from Jarrod Miller (61 not out) and Craig Mabon (44 not out).
Rand scored a comfortable win over Henty with Bryce Swift leading the way with an unbeaten half-century.
Walla defeated Burrumbuttock by six wickets and TRYC proved too strong for Lockhart.
The ladder is: Rand 66, Holbrook 66, Walbundrie 63, Osborne 63, Walla 48, Culcairn 36, Lockhart 30, TRYC 18, Henty 18, Burrumbuttock 6.
