Klein booked a spot in the decider with a 6-3 7-6 win over Hobart's Harry Bourchier while number two seed Dayne Kelly accounted for Colin Sinclair 7-5 6-0.
It was an impressive win by Klein after he defeated Queensland qualifier Calum Puttergill 7-6 6-7 7-6 (14-12) in a gruelling three hour, 50 minute quarter-final on Thursday.
Klein reached a career-high ranking of 118 in 2013.
Kelly has enjoyed a much easier pathway to the final with the left-hander yet to drop a set during the tournament.
"The players are using it as a tune-up event for next week for the pro tour event," tournament co-ordinator Brendan Lee said.
"These main draw players are at least in the qualies or the main draw. A lot of the players are honing their skills because a lot don't get to play on grasscourts.
"The week has ran really well."
Kelly is the number one seed for next week's pro tour event as the tournament goes off Australian rather than ITF rankings.
The men's final starts at 10am with the doubles final scheduled for 12.30pm.
The pro tour event kicks off on Monday.
