Beechworth Bakery began in its present form in 1984 and has since expanded to include shops in Echuca, Albury, Bendigo, Ballarat, Healesville, Yackandandah and Bright.

Founded by Tom O'Toole and now run by managing director Marty Matassoni, the business began in a 1857 Beechworth building.
Saturday's activities include live music, dress-ups, balloon art and face painting.
