It followed his 88 against Wodonga on Saturday.
Bandekar now has 748 runs at 53, with the ton his maiden at provincial level, while he's also racked up six half-centuries.
Raiders season of near misses continued on the opening day when beaten by East Albury in the final over.
Raiders posted 6-226, but the Crows edged home with three balls to spare.
