The Feast High Country Festival boasts 40 events when it returns to the North East from May 3 to 19.
The region's best producers, chefs, winemakers and brewers will collaborate on a range of experiences to showcase local produce.
Now in its seventh year, Feast High Country Festival offers rides, bike tours, hikes and even chances to paraglide to foodie events at cellar doors, village cafes, hatted restaurants, wineries and bonfires.
Festival highlights include Patrizia’s Harvest Forage with foodie royalty and celebrated High Country chef, Patrizia Simone.
Participants take a morning walk around Bright foraging for ingredients for their lunch before they learn how to turn their produce into a five-course Italian feast.
Beechworth's Bridge Road Brewers founders Ben and Maria Kraus will host Fermentation Degustation, a four-course matched dinner with a difference.
Each course will be made by and introduced by local experts: Louise Ritchie (Silver Creek Sourdough); Kimchi from Hatted chef, Michael Ryan (Provenance of Beechworth); Austrian strudel from Maria Kraus; and Ben’s brewed beer.
Lunch With Three Italians at Pizzini Wines will offer food from Adam Pizzini, of Rinaldo's Casa Cucina, Pizzini’s Italian varietal wines and opera from Catherine Pendelich and Ced Le Medelo.
The Tweed Ride in Rutherglen offers an easy ride with outstanding food and wine experiences along the way.
