The Masonic Hall was restored and opened in 2016 with Colin and Amy Peters being regular faces at the business in recent times.
The cafe closed in November and reopened at the end of December.
Then in February, the owners told customers on Facebook of their latest decision to sell, "We re-opened one last time to see how it went … we found that we simply cannot continue to trade as we are a small family business.
"What an adventure for the Peters Family … we are thankful to every single customer that called in."
The Professionals Wodonga listing describes the building as set on a "607 square metre approximate allotment in the centre of town … there is also the opportunity for the HUB 62 trading name to be available".
Hub 62 was popular for its artistic interior and menu.
Then co-owner Craig Royle told The Border Mail in 2016 "It has been so rewarding to build the cafe and then to work here, providing such a quality new business in Chiltern for visitors to the town to experience and enjoy".
