Walbundrie came close again in 1994-95 when it went down to Brocklesby.
"It would mean everything if we could win," Tiger president Mason Collins.
"We never thought in a million years we would be playing off in a grand final two years after coming out of recess.
"We had a lot of haters and doubters when we started the club back up and so far we have proven them wrong.
"It means everything to the team and club but also to a lot of our former players and supporters who are back following us."
Saturday's match starts at 1pm.
