Myrtleford and North Albury are the only outfits to bypass the weekend, although the latter will play an intraclub at Jindera on Sunday.
Half the clubs will play away games.
Albury will face Tatura, Lavington hits the road for its annual Ainslie clash, Wangaratta meets Kyabram and Wodonga Raiders travel to Benalla.
Meanwhile, Corowa-Rutherglen is home to Lower Plenty, Wangaratta Rovers play Whittlesea, Wodonga tackles Shepparton Swans, while Yarrawonga is home to Echuca.
It will be the last practice game for Corowa-Rutherglen and Lavington.
The pair is part of the season's first two games on March 30.
Lavington hosts North Albury, while Wangaratta is home to Corowa-Rutherglen under lights.
