Fight MND will feature football and netball games between the famous Daniher family and All-Stars outfits.
Dual Essendon premiership captain Terry Daniher is bringing the boots at 61, while a number of former O and M stars, including North's Dan Leslie and Myrtleford's Brad Murray, will play against him.
Daniher's brother Neale, who's become the national face of motor neurone disease, which he's labelled "the beast", will also attend.
"I spoke to him last week and he's sounding really excited to come," coordinator Melissa Daniher said.
"Sport brought our family together when we were younger and this is our way to honour Neale.

"Basically we want to have a bit of fun and get together with the intention of raising more awareness about Fight MND.
"We also hope to raise some funds to fight MND and go into research into finding a cure."
The match holds special significance for All-Star player Ross 'Chuck' Hedley.
"When they (organisers) asked me I was stoked, privileged, humbled and I thought of 'Wolky'," he said of his great mate.
Paul Wolk lost his battle with MND in 2004.
The former Albury and Wodonga Raiders' key position forward was an enormously popular person, with the two Ovens and Murray clubs contesting the Paul Wolk Cup in their second meeting of the season.
More sports news:
"If you knew 'Wolky' he was hard and tough, just a really strong player and when we'd go out he was always the life of the party," Hedley said.
"The one thing that really struck me (once he was diagnosed) was he still wanted to enjoy life.
"He'd still come over, he'd have a beer, we'd have a laugh, we'd go to the footy.
"He was always doing gags, trying to trick you up, a terrific bloke and on the football field he'd never give in, you'd rather play with than against him."
Albury Sportsground will host the matches, with the netball from midday.
The Big Freeze Dunk will follow and the football starts at 2pm.
Albury's Soden's Hotel will host an auction tonight.
