Prospects: It's a family affair at Chiltern, with sisters Emily and Molly Phibbs under the eye of sister and co-coach Tammy. The Swans have said goodbye to coach Haley O'Neill and, with a turnover of players, will have a new look.

Prospects: The Bombers are heading into the season virtually unchanged and have finals on their minds. Leah Carter, Alana Groznik and Maddison Hallett are all expected to take to the court again this season.

Losses: Rebecca Cameron (retired), Abbey O'Brien (retired), Emma Carkeek, Ella Taig, Ashleigh Samers
Prospects: Youth will play a key role in the Hawks performance this year. The new-look Hawks will have their sights set on redeeming their grand final misfortunes of last year and with new players, will posses different strengths this season.
MITTA UNITED
Coach: Gabrielle Gray
Last year: 10th
Gains: Michelle Clarke (Corryong), Rhian Dower, Anna Smith (returning), Isabelle Grundy (returning).
Losses: Nil.
Prospects: With the core playing group staying from last season, Mitta will be lead by 2011 A-grade premiership captain Gabrielle Gray. Strength and leadership will be called on from current players, while the club's juniors will also be given their chance out on court.
RUTHERGLEN
Coach: Emily Browne and Tracy Way

Gains: Samantha Godde (Lavington), Jamie Sandilands (returning)
Losses: Brittni Williams (Brock-Burrum), Natalie Scott
Prospects: Under the rein of mother-daughter duo Emily and Tracy, the Cats look to be strong this season. With players from last year's side returning, the likes of Kristy Jacka and Tahli Bainbridge will have the opportunity to also step up to A-grade
TALLANGATTA
Coach: Erika O'Connell

Losses: Rebecca Ohlin, Karina Cameron, Emily Rodd (Albury)
Prospects: The exit of three key players to the Ovens and Murray will change the shape of the reigning premiers this season. With no new players from outside the club, the Hoppers will be calling on their B and C grade players to fill the major void.
THURGOONA
Coach: Kristie McInnes

Gains: Sara-Jane Dal (North Albury), Jess Wheatley
Losses: Jennifer Vine (Corowa-Rutherglen), Julia Farrah (Lavington)
Prospects: A top four finish last year has left Thurgoona hungry for more. The Bulldogs have gained two and lost two in their off season, with players expected to flow between A and B-grades. Vine's departure in particular will test the club's defence.
WAHGUNYAH
Coach: Casey Parker
Last year: 6th
Gains: Nil
Losses: Jazlyn Hall, Maddison Tobias and Keely Mills
Prospects: It's all about developing youth for Wahgunyah. New coach Casey Parker comes to the Lions with eight years experience coaching Mulwala and has her sights set on rebuilding the Lions for the future. It will be a fresh start for the new look young side.
WODONGA SAINTS
Coach: Gina Skinner
Last year: 11th
Gains: Georgette Meunier (Barnawartha), Hannah Fraser, Jade Gardner (Murray Magpies)
Losses: Ashlee Davis (Dederang)
Prospects: The Saints have a steady flow of new players through the grades this season. There will still be some familiar faces in A-grade as the Saints look to rise through the ranks.
YACKANDANDAH
Coach: Kylie Murphy
Last year: 9th
Gains: Ellie Wortman, Breanna Green and Kelsey Herzina (basketballers)
Losses: Chlorissa Johnston, Alicia Jones, Emma Johnson, Daisy Eitler (Albury), Caroline Frees (Raiders)
Prospects: Will have a fresh look with just two players remaining from last year's side. Former Wodonga Bulldogs netballer Kylie Murphy has taken over, with the mid-court and goal circle set to be strength areas.
