Trinity Anglican College combined Harmony Day celebrations with a 'Music As Therapy' session.
College counsellor Anthony Perrone said the day was about the school community gathering together.
"We had a good couple of hundred students outside the chapel in a nice big gathering with music playing and de-stressing people," he said.
"We're an inclusive college and therefore we want to make sure all cultures are welcome and feel they are part of the college and community."

Dr Perrone said the senior school leaders had worked with the junior school all week on Harmony Day activities and it was great to see them so willing to get involved.
"It was a great day, there was such a buzz at lunchtime with the music going and wristbands being made," he said.
He said the school hosted 'Music As Therapy' open mic sessions a couple of times a month, as music helped de-stress students and staff.
