Castles returns to Yackandandah after a year at Jindera while Cameron will be at Mitta United for a third season after crossing from Rutherglen.
Besides footy training the pair have also been training for this year's Stars of the Border Dance For Cancer.
They will strut their stuff on the dancefloor at the Albury Entertainment Centre on Friday, April 5.
Cameron is expecting Castles to be as flamboyant on the dance floor and he is on the football field.
"Trent keeps telling me he has got me covered on the dancefloor," Cameron said.
"Trent is a bit bigger and stronger than me.
"From what I'm hearing he is trying to incorporate a lot more lifts into his routine to showoff his muscles and impress the judges with his rig.
"While I'll be relying more on my fancy footwork to get points from the judges."
Cameron has raised almost $20,000 for the popular fundraiser after organising last months Battle of the Border T20 cricket match.
Castles is confident of overhauling that amount, using the Roos' home match as part of his fundraising efforts.
The players will wear one-off jumpers which will be auctioned off after the match.
Castles has also organised kids activities and an after match function.
The pair are also hoping a local business could sponsor them for the day and donate money for each goal kicked.
