The 14-year-old signed with Chadwick Models on Wednesday after a successful stint with child modelling agency Bubblegum Casting.
It's a dream come true for Penny, who received an instant reply when she sent in her portfolio to the adult model agency.
Liking her fresh look and leggy frame, the agency will "incubate" their young talent until she is ready to "burst onto the scene" at 16 or 17, according to mum Megan.
"She will do runway training and be mentored; they encourage her to keep up her studies so there will be more homework done in the car on the way home.
"We support Penny 100 per cent and I will be happy to jump on a plane with her if she travels the world."
There's just one down side for this golden-haired girl.
"They are going to cut off some of my hair," Penny said.
"Apparently it would take too long to do when I'm on a photo shoot."
