Groups will meet on Saturday, April 13, at Wesleyan Methodist Church, Wangaratta.
Members of the public are welcome to join.
Sing Australia is a national network of singing groups promoting singing as an inclusive, everyday act.
The national celebration of Sing Australia will involve all Sing Australia groups in 32 regional gatherings.

Sing Australia founder Colin Slater OAM said thousands of people have found positive connection and happiness in Sing Australia during 20 years.
"We decided that we would celebrate the work of our organisation by creating a special day where all our groups can come together all around Australia at the same time as well as inviting the public to join us in the various locations," he said.
There are 4000 members in 105 groups Australia-wide.
The Wangaratta event runs 1pm to 4pm.
