A VEHICLE has been stolen in Beechworth and torched in a park in Wodonga. Police are investigating the theft of the white Mitsubishi Express, which occurred about 1am on Friday. The vehicle was driven to Wodonga and was torched in Brian Esler Park off Silva Drive. Firefighters were called to the incident about 5.20am. A crime scene was established and the incident is being investigated by detectives. The vehicle's owner appealed for information and said it was "a big loss".
