Organiser Robyn Statham promises the event will be bigger and better this year with extra food vendors and specialty stall holders on board for the all-inclusive family day out.
Thousands of unicorn-obsessed children - and their friends and families - flocked to the inaugural event in 2018 to raise funds and awareness for rare genetic condition Williams Syndrome.
Mrs Statham, whose daughter Olive, 4, has WS, said the main aim of the magical event was to make everyone welcome and ensure no child felt out of place.
About $11,000 was raised at the 2018 event to support the Williams Syndrome Family Support Group Victorian organisation.
The charity has used funds to subsidise the cost of families attending camps and fun days out with further plans afoot to improve pathways between paediatricians and newly diagnosed individuals and their carers.
Williams Syndrome affects approximately 1 in 10,000 Australians and is characterised by many health issues and developmental delays.
While symptoms vary from person to person, they often share a social and friendly disposition and this is what inspired Mrs Statham to again host the festival.
The event will feature unicorn rides, live entertainment, glitter station, craft activities, jumping castles, unicorn face painting, boutique craft stalls, food vans and much more.
