Wilson and Irvine have been sidelined due to illness with coach Mark Brown excited to see them back in action.
"Cam had a great game first-up but then got sick and he was a real loss last week for us," Brown said.
"Nick Irvine was almost our best trainer during the pre-season but got glandular fever around Christmas and we've put him in cotton wool for the past month or six weeks.
"He's huge for us.
"It's going to be terrific to have them out there on Sunday as they provide so much."
Zane Barzen and Lachlan Sykes have also come into the side with Ky Williamson, Eddie Keogh, Liam Fiore and Harry Beasley dropping out.
With the Bushrangers losing their opening two matches by less than a goal, Brown said the side wasn't doing a lot wrong.
"We know we have to be better for longer," he said.
"A 15-minute lapse hurt us last week.
"Greater Western Victoria Rebels look like being a good side so we'll have to play well."
The match starts at 3pm.
