"It's an AC joint, but no fracture, I don't know what the full extent of the injury is," coach Simon Curtis said.
Dickson suffered the injury in a contest where he was picking up the ball and received a bump.
Fellow big man Tim Hanna kicked three majors while spending time in the forward line, as Richmond VFL player Shaun Mannagh continued his strong start with a double.
Marty Brennan and Curtis were again superb.
The home team's Nick Beattie kicked two goals, while Ollie Greenhill was the best.
