Jones Winery Restaurant will host It's All About The Grape on Friday, April 26.
Head chef Briony Bradford will create a five-course dinner, which will be served with matching wines from the winery owners Mandy and Arthur Jones.
Bradford said diners would sample a sumptuous feast with a couple of surprises.
She said pomace or marc - the solid remains of grapes after pressing - would be used to make bread.
"Pomace made into flour doesn't really happen in Australia," she said.
"But we've made some bread out of the pomace flour and it's turned out really nice."
OTHER FOOD NEWS:
Jones Winery Restaurant was listed in the Australia Good Food Guide 2019.
The French-cuisine restaurant was given 14 out of 20 points, just one point off being awarded a Hat.
In June, Bradford was awarded one of the Top 30 Under 30 in the hospitality industry by Food Service.
Mandy Jones, a Cordon Bleu trained cook herself, was thrilled with Bradford's success.
"We strive to offer our customers a sensational wine and food experience in a relaxed, warm and friendly atmosphere," she said.
"Briony's approach to the whole overall dining experience, incorporating our estate-grown and produced wines with local produce does just that!"
It's All About The Grape starts at 6.30pm.
