She partnered the Donna Scott-trained Supply Money in last month's Towong Cup.
In a tight finish, Supply Money was second past the post behind the Jodie Bohr-trained Footmark.
Masters quickly fired in a protest after the race which was upheld to hand Masters and Scott their first Towong feature.
Supply Money will tackle seven rivals in the Holbrook feature in what looks another winnable race for the speedy mare.

"She has beat a few of them home before and should be in the finish," Masters said.
Supply Money tackled a mid-week Sandown meeting after her Towong triumph where she finished at the tail of the field.
"You just have to forget the Sandown run," she said.
"Donna said they rode her back in the race because they thought the speed was going to be on.
"But they went slow up front and it was hard to make ground, especially when she likes to race on the pace."
Masters said she would adopt similar tactics as Towong with Supply Money and shoot for an all-the-way victory.
"She has got a sticky draw but with the small field hopefully I can find the front and give them something to catch," she said.
