After years of mixing both elements, Sarah Senini and Sarah Meredith will play 250 A-grade games for the Panthers side by side this weekend.
The two club favorites have both had their fair share of highlights throughout their playing careers, but said the milestone game was made all the more special by being able to share it together.
"It's nice to share it with someone, it always means so much more," Senini said.
"We've played all of our netball together and have sort of been the constant people at each end.
"We've had some players come and go and some players come back, but we've forged a pretty close friendship out of it, which is special.
"On Saturday's there's no one else I'd rather hang out with than the netty girls."
The shooter and defender have no shortage of success to their names.
Senini reached her 300 club game milestone last year and was the recipient of the 2011 Toni Wilson Medal, while Meredith has won the most A-grade netball best and fairest's at the club.
But the co-captain's agree their biggest highlight remains the 2013 premiership.
"It was very special," Senini said.
"You work so hard and that's something that I think people forget, how hard you have to work to get a premiership.
"People think if you've got a good team then a premiership is going to come.
"Our teammate Brooke Bosse says to us all the time that it was hard to win, and it was.
"To try and replicate it, we're striving for that."
To reach 250 A-grade games doesn't happen without looking after your body, something the duo said they have been aware of over their playing careers.
"We're both quite conscious about what we're doing on Tuesday and Thursday nights and also out of netball to make sure we keep our recovery up," Senini said.
"It's definitely about managing your body, that's for sure."
Despite reaching the milestone on Saturday at home against Albury, Senini and Meredith said they're both not planning on slowing down anytime soon.
"Netball is my life and I wouldn't be here without Sars (Meredith), so she has to stay," Senini said.
"The girls seem to be getting younger and younger, but I think it's more so we're getting older.
"I think loyalty is probably a big thing, but also, we love the club.
"It's a very inclusive environment to be in and that stems from the football club right through to the netball club and also our junior programs as well."
IN OTHER SPORTS NEWS:
After the season opener and round one, Lavington are sitting on two wins with their new look side this season.
Meredith and Senini are both looking forward to seeing what the Panthers can produce this year.
"It's a new group so it's a bit of the unknown, but that kind of brings a bit of excitement to each week as well," Senini said.
