Jade Culph, Mark Shanahan and Rory Parnell proved a class above their opponents, winning 5-45 to 1-23.
Parnell, 13, is one of the youngest players to have played in a section one premiership.
Tony O'Connell won his singles for Bulldogs.
Culph took out the player of the year award after winning 93 per cent of his matches.
"We timed our run to play our best tennis when it mattered most," Culph said.
"We had quite a few unavailabilities and injuries during the long season so to peak as a team at the right time was pleasing.
"I was really happy with young Rory and his development in the team."
In section two, Forrest Hill Wombats cruised to victory over Wodonga.
Ken and Graham Wurtz, Shane Tyas and Michael McMahon played well for the victors.
John McVean was victorious in his singles for Wodonga.
Albury Blue survived a tough battle against Wodonga Pirates before emerging with the section three title.
A three set haul from Blue's Ian Llewellyn paved the way while back up came from Mark Cowie, Ken Reid and Ian Bull.
Chris Rokahr was best for Pirates.
Singles victories to Wilbur Cribbes, James Plested and Will Robertson proved key in Wodonga Bears' account of Albury Green, 4-35 to 2-31 in section four.
Jericho Ellao, Ethan Haberfield and Lylah Ellao contributed to a fine match, performing strongly in the doubles for Green.
In section five, Taylor Brown was in great touch all day in Albury Gold's hard fought four sets to two victory over Forrest Hill Swans with Ram Kugathasan and Talisman Fiase in support.
Anastasia McFarlane was best for her team with Sienna McFarlane and Emily Pope also battling hard.
Sally Bulle continued her good form from Tuesday, completing a stellar week leading Forrest Hill to victory against Wodonga Larrikins in section one ladies.
Bulle and teammates, Kara Curphey, Di Wurtz and Di Star, were never seriously threatened after the second rubber going onto complete a comfortable win.
Jeane Piegrosse and Di Larkin claimed a set for Wodonga.
Bulle was named the top women's player of section one after winning 92 per cent of her matches.
An unbeaten Maree Cribbes helped steer Wodonga Doves to the section two premiership over club mates Rosellas.
Sets were even after four stanzas with Maree and Olive Cribbes, Molly Ebert and Jess Knoth fighting off determined opposition to claim the final two rubbers.
Sienna Plested claimed two sets for Rosellas with Ros Frawley, Ruby Hodgkin and Ava Marcuzzi also playing a role in the entertaining contest.
