City finished 10-0 winners - one better than its 9-0 rout of St Pats last round.
A superb finish in the final minute saw Patrick Brown get his hat trick, Isaac Read, Paris Maw and David Samiec each finished with doubles, while Tylar Young also found the back of the net with a towering header from a corner in the first half.
Former Twin City star Mat Hasler made his first appearance for City, coming off the bench at half-time and looking threatening out wide.
Hotspurs' only quality chance came in the dying stages when Zac Burhop hit the woodwork from beyond the 18-yard box.
City coach Matt Maw was very pleased with the effort across the board.
"There was five different goal scorers again, which was the same as last week," Maw said.
"We've got goal scorers all over the place and we're looking solid at the back.
"The addition of Matty (Hasler) has only strengthened the squad, which is excellent."
Maw believes the pace of his side will trouble a lot of teams in the league as the season rolls on.
"Between Pat (Brown), Mat (Hasler) and 'Ready' (Isaac Read), they're lightening, as Hotspurs found out today and Patties last week," Maw added.
Hotspurs coach Matt Townsend said he side will learn from it.
"They caught us on the counter quite a few times, Patty Brown especially, he's so quick, it's devastating," Townsend said.
"He had a couple of quality finishes as well, it's hard to defend against.
"They're on fire, they've proven they're a side to beat this year.
"We're a little bit behind that, we're a fairly young squad and we've got plenty to learn, but we got outclassed today.
"At one stage we had three 16-year-olds and a 17-year-old on the park in their first year of seniors."
City enters the Easter break in the top-four with four wins and a loss.
