Forck was a class above in a replay of the district singles final against North Albury's Stephen Broad - prevailing 31-13 in the decider.
The event attracted four entries, with Forck seeing off Walla's Lee Churches 31-14, while Broad progressed with a 31-18 triumph against Oaklands' Ron Bonat.
The duo played out a thrilling district singles final at Lavington earlier in the season, with Forck winning 31-29 after staring down the barrel of defeat.
It was his eighth district singles crown and fourth in a row.
