Meagher defeated Sofia Oliver in the singles and backed it up in the doubles with Phoebe Godward-Smith against Oliver and her teammate Charmaine Mutape.
Gerogery's Lachy Graetz won the 16 years boys doubles with Taj Hibbert.
Jayden McGrath took home the trophy for the 10 years boys singles, edging out Billy Hilton.
Hilton bounced back to win the 10 years boys doubles with Ash Harrington.
Ryan Tinworth got past Angus Kelly in the 11 years boys singles final.
Albury's Rory Parnell finished runner-up in the 14 years boys singles, falling in the final to Leo Phijidvijan.
Blake Tinworth continued the good run of results for the region with victory against his brother, Ryan, in the 12 years boys singles consolation final.
Tom Harrington won the 14 years boys consolation singles final.
