Mannagh's pain has been Lavington's gain, with the star Panther enhancing his reputation in the opening rounds.
He has been named best on ground in two of his three matches for his new club.
"I'm absolutely loving the switch to Lavington," Mannagh said.
"It certainly has made the process of not playing for Richmond much easier.
"I enjoy coming back and playing with a new bunch of blokes and some good mates as well.
"Winning definitely helps and its been a great start to the year so far."

Lavington turned heads last weekend after handing Albury its biggest defeat in a decade with a 71-point demolition.
The victory sparked talk that the Albury dynasty may be about to come crashing down.
Mannagh said it was far too premature to write-off the Tigers who were missing Dean Polo, Jesse Wilson, Lachie Taylor-Nugent and Jim Grills.
"I wasn't surprised that we won," he said.
"What surprised me was how we were able to sustain our effort for the full four-quarters which we hadn't been able to do for those first few games.
"It's what you need to do against those good teams.
"We played really well and in the end and deserved that scoreline.
"Naturally I didn't think we would smash Albury by that much but it's a good reward for effort."
Mannagh felt it was too early to label the Panthers a genuine flag threat.
"It's early and you can't win flags in April," he said.
"But I think our best football can match it with the best in the competition.
"Its been a promising start."
