The Roos host North Albury.
While bitterly disappointed, Almond was keen not to dwell on the loss and rather focus on rebounding as quickly as possible.
"We didn't turn up with the right mindset and played poorly as a result," Almond said.
"It was disappointing considering who we were playing and the opportunity that we had.
"But if we don't produce our best footy we are really vulnerable and last weeks results reinforced that."

The Roos were missing key personnel including onballer Tim Brook, Rohan Davies, Cody Parker and Cameron Dunne.
They are all expected to miss once again this week.
