Roslyn Wenona Pollock, 50, recently faced Albury Local Court following her wild behaviour on New Year's Eve.
The Ashford Street resident has had a long-running dispute with her male neighbour.
She showed no remorse for smashing up his car and defecating on it, leaving it undriveable.
Pollock was seen yelling and screaming in the street while heavily drunk about 11.30pm on December 31.
She was spotted smashing the windscreen and other windows on the victim's vehicle about an hour later.
A witness saw her walk to the front of the vehicle, drop her pants, back up and defecate on the bonnet.
She was screaming obscenities and emptied her rum can on the bonnet, and later smashed her fists on the windows of the victim's unit.
Police said Pollock's "rampage" continued for several minutes before she left.
She was arrested on January 12, and police told the court she had admitted to the incident.
"The accused showed no remorse for her actions and had no intentions of contacting the victim or offering to repair the damage she has caused to the vehicle," the court heard.
"The damage was of significance to the victim.
"(He) is now without a car and has to rely on friends to transport him places.
"This has cost the victim a lot of stress and financial hardship."
The court heard Pollock has post traumatic stress disorder, depression and alcohol dependence, and has a prior for high-range drink-driving.
Magistrate Imad Abdul-Karim noted the trauma Pollock had experienced, but didn't accept the link between that and the offending.
"It appears alcohol has been an issue in her life for a long period of time," he said.
The magistrate recorded a conviction and placed her on a conditional release order.
