Bruce Robert Arnott, 62, returned to Albury Local Court this week after being charged with multiple offences in January, including public nudity allegations, drink-driving, larceny and trespassing.
He has admitted to breaching an intervention order, but has pleaded not guilty to a charge of intentionally causing a fire.
Arnott, who is banned from working at Glenroy Public School, has admitted to some offences including stealing a phone from Bike Culture in Dean Street on January 16.
He took the phone from a staff area before putting a deposit on a bike and giving his details.
He was arrested the following day.
Arnott will return to court on May 6.
