The Year 11 school student kicked six goals in a best on ground display in the 18.19 (127) to 10.8 (68) win over a winless North Albury.
"He's just got great speed, great hands and he doesn't fumble the footy," Roos' coach Marc Almond said.
Chandler kicked five goals on debut as a 15-year-old two years ago and the good judges rate him as the Border's next 'big thing' at AFL level.
Another youngster in midfielder Tyler Spencer also produced one of his finest games at senior level, while Matt Wilson and veteran Jamie Seymour also played well.
Jordan Lavis and Jack Schilg also chipped in with three goals apiece.
North's Josh Lloyd booted four majors, while Jack Penny landed three.
Lloyd was terrific, while coach Isaac Muller played superbly, consistently trying to lift his players.
