Thousands of people come together nationwide on May 12 for the Mother's Day Classic to support loved ones affected by cancer.
Now in its 12th year, the Albury-Wodonga event at Sumsion Gardens in Wodonga will offer people a 5-kilometre run or walk.
Now in its fifth year, the Wangaratta event offers a 4-kilometre walk or run or an 8-kilometre run.
The Tocumwal event offers the same distances as Wangaratta.

Money raised from the nation-wide event has gone to 64 breast cancer research projects and more than 250 Australian scientists to support their work over two decades.
It aims to raise $40 million for research by 2020.
