The Border outfit is seeking to play the game at Lavington Sportsground as no other venues in Albury-Wodonga comply with Football Victoria regulations to host night matches.
If given the all-clear, it will be the second time the venue has been used for FFA Cup, with Murray hosting Bentleigh Greens in round six of the knockout competition in 2016.
Bulleen currently sits second in the league with five wins, two draws and two losses - 10 points clear of Murray.
The Lions defeated Murray 2-1 in round five of the league, but Murray coach Elliot Jones is keen for another crack at them.

"The most pleasing thing out of it all is to get a home game and not have to travel," Jones said.
"We lost 2-1 to them earlier in the year and I felt it was some of the best football we've played - we match up on them quite well.
"They're a really strong side and have some excellent players, but we'd like to think we'll give a really good account of ourselves against them."
Murray progressed to round six of the cup last year, but it came at a cost with suspensions to goalkeeper Abdulkerim Koc and striker Zac Walker in their defeat to Northcote City.
"If you'd said to me we were going to cop a couple of suspensions and injuries, I would have said we'll forfeit," Jones joked.
The clash will be played midweek in early May.
