The Poker Run involves participants paying a $30 entry fee to ride in a mystery group journey from Albury, with the funds massed going to Legacy.
The club's sergeant-at-arms Jarod Powell has been involved in the run for the past five years.
"For the members it's being able to support something local, that's what we're in it for, knowing that we're helping Legacy locally," Mr Powell said.
Just over $128,0000 has been raised over the 22 years that Party Unlimited has been holding the ride.
More than 250 are expected to participate tomorrow with Mr Powell not expecting the closeness of Easter to Anzac Day to reduce numbers.
Each participant will receive a legacy pin and stubbie holder with raffles and giveaways conducted throughout the day.
Every year the organisation of the occasion begins in January with sponsors invited to back the run.
Thursday's run will begin from Noreuil Park with motorcyclists invited to gather there at 10am before leaving at 11am.
The flyer for the event, which is Party Unlimited's biggest fundraiser, recommends that you "please make sure you leave with a full petrol tank".
"Every now and again we get a few that show up and you get to the first stop and they're looking for fuel," Mr Powell said.
The round trip is expected to cover 180 to 200 kilometres.
