The 12-year-old took out the Little Athletics Handicap 400 metre final at Stawell on Monday with a time of 53.033.
Pasquali, the daughter of local runners Wally and Anna, competed against boys and girls in the final race with a handicap of 41.
"Bella did a fantastic job," Wally said.
"There was a lot of people watching and after the heat Bella ran quite well.
"There's a bit of expectation at Stawell I suppose because both Anna and I have run and had success there.
"Poor little Bella had all of this weight of expectation and performed really well."
This was Bella's third time competing at Stawell and was her first win at the prestigious track.
Athletics isn't the only interest of the talented youngster, who also plays netball, basketball and soccer.
