But there won't be any dumbbells to lift or tires to flip, they will be looking at the business side of farming.
The two-day free event in Tallangatta is aimed at young farmers or those new to managing a farm business in the livestock and cropping industries.
North east livestock farmer Lib Paton said it will give farmers an opportunity to "enhance their financial skills, and directly apply this into their everyday management".
"It is a bonus getting the bootcamp delivered locally, as it's been a tough few seasons and having this event here will hopefully inspire producers to attend," she said.
Agriculture Victoria program manager Kellyanne Harris said the program will be delivered on June 13 and 20.
"The course will bring a group of young farmers together to share information and experiences and develop skills to manage a farm business for the short and longer-terms," she said.
"Participants can expect to improve their understanding of profit and loss, cash flow budgeting, balance sheets, gross margins, planning for and managing risks, as well as financial planning and analysis."
Agriculture Victoria farm business economist Georgie Thomson will deliver the program.at the Tallangatta Memorial Hall between 9am until 4pm both days.
