Firstly, the company is set to unveil Australia's first Lumina 312 display home on Saturday, May 4, 2019.
Secondly, Jim and Julie Carroll are marking 30 years of building on the Border.
The Lumina is part of Hotondo Homes' Forever Oasis range, a premium collection of designs that ensures every family can live in the lap of luxury.
Jim Carroll believes the Lumina 312 will serve as a source of design and styling inspiration for new home buyers in the area.
"We're happy to announce this will be the very first Lumina display home built in all of Australia and the people living in Albury-Wodonga will be the first ones to see and experience this beautiful design," Jim said.
"When you think of an oasis you automatically think of a little slice of heaven and we wanted to create exactly that - a piece of paradise."
The new display is at 4 Woolshed Drive, Thurgoona.
