Cheese expert David Herbert will present a cheese masterclass in Albury next week.
Calendar Cheese Company's Mr Herbert has teamed up with The River Deck to present the cheese masterclass on Wednesday, May 8.
Mr Herbert will present a two-hour guided tasting of 10 artisan cheeses with two matched wines.
He will offer advice on how to perfect a cheese platter presentation, how to correctly store different types of cheese and solving that age-old dilemma of which wine goes with which cheese.
The intimate evening will showcase premium cheese, wine and cheese education at The River Deck on the banks of the Murray River.
The Calendar Cheese Company is a leading distributor of Australian and international specialty cheese.
The cheese masterclass runs at The River Deck, Noreuil Parade, South Albury from 6pm to 8pm.
Bookings are essential.
Ticket price includes cheese and two matched wines. Other drinks are available for sale on the night.
