More than 170 people attended The Border Mail's Indi candidates forum at Wodonga's Huon Hill Hotel and editor Xavier Mardling said he was looking forward to another strong turnout for the Farrer event, which has been shifted to Atura Albury from the Newmarket Hotel.
"The engagement we had from the Indi audience was terrific and I expect a similar level in Farrer, where we've already seen plenty of interest with Sussan Ley being challenged by Kevin Mack," he said.
"Water has has been prominent in the debate thus far so it will be interesting to see what unfolds at the forum next Wednesday."
The Border Mail's Farrer forum will run from 7.30pm to 9.30pm, with Atura Albury open beforehand for dinner from 6pm.
