Managing director Tanya Van Der Water announced the plan on Tuesday.
"We've been considering a relocation since about 2017, upon finding out that because of where we are in the Wollongong area, we no longer qualify for regional assistance," she said.
"We considered a few places and Albury came out on top; it was a great lifestyle opportunity for our current staff.
"In particular we looked at our options for where wanted to house our business next and knowing an area like Albury provided us with a chance to build a purpose-built premises was too good to ignore."

Land at 68 Merkel Street in Thurgoona, between Xypex Australia and BOLA Bread of Life Church Albury, has been secured and a development application will be lodged with Albury Council in coming months.
It's intended construction will begin in October or November and the relocation process will take place over Christmas, to be operational by early-2020.
The business began in the 1970s with Ms Van Der Water's father Kenneth and has grown to become most well-known for its work belts.
She said eight staff were making the move and 20 staff would be put on at Thurgoona in a mix of traineeships and skilled positions.
"We like to foster young talent in our business and we're welcoming expressions of interest," Ms Van Der Water said.
"We create a premium product in a premium field, and we're 100 per cent Australian-made.
"We're very proud of what we do, where we are and where we're heading."
