Martin played in the series victory for the over-65s, while Australia claimed overall success, winning 13 of the 14 divisions from over-35s up to over 65s.
The over-65 men started the series in style with a gutsy come-from-behind 4-2 victory.

New Zealand changed to a much more defensive setup in game two and forced a 0-0 draw, but the Australians weren't to be denied the series spoils, taking out the third and final match 3-1.
"It was a great experience," Martin said.
"We redeemed ourselves because when we played New Zealand (in the world cup) over in Spain (last year), we had a 2-2 draw."
Martin's next major tournament is the European Cup in Antwerp, Belgium, with the Southern Cross Masters representative side in June.
