With Ben Kelly, Zane Barzen, Liam Fiore, Adam Martin, Will Chandler and Trent Matthes coming into the line-up, Brown will have a powerful line-up at his disposal.
"It's probably the closest we have been to having everyone available all season," Brown said.
"Our 19-year-olds are back and we pretty much have access to everyone.
"This will give us a true reflection where we are at."
Matthes has returned from a serious hamstring injury to bolster the Bushrangers defence while Kelly and Barzen's experience will also be crucial.
Geelong won its first match against Sydney Swans Academy last weekend.
"They have been in a lot of close games," he said.
"You could almost throw a blanket over the country sides.
"They look slick and have some talented bottom-age footballers."
Meanwhile, Charlie Byrne, Will Chandler and Ben Kelly have made the Allies squad for the national championships.
Will Christie, Jye Chalcraft, Jimmy Boyer, Lachie Ash, Cam Wild, Will Quirk, Ethan Baxter and Elijah Hollands were named for Vic Country.
Saturday's team is:
B, O'Dwyer, Matthes, Quirk; hb, Ash, Fiore, Byrne; c, Durham, Clarke, Shepherd; hf, Baxter, Barzen, Chandler; f, Boyer, Kaak, Wilson; foll, Kelly, Wild, Chalcraft; inter, Hillary, Martin, Chalcraft.
