GWS Academy's Nick Murray and Richmond VFL forward Charlie Thompson are back, but Tom McCaffrey has been named for Casey Demons.
The incoming pair have played just the one game for the Hawks, leading a second-half revival in the thrilling Easter Sunday loss to Myrtleford.
Teenager Murray was dynamic in the third quarter, kicking two goals and providing two goal assists, while Thompson also landed a crucial goal.
Meanwhile, Raiders' forward Ethan Boxall is the visitors only inclusion.
It's the season's biggest grudge match with Cresswell coaching against his former club for the first time after leading it to four successive finals campaigns.
But it will also provide the winner with a psychological advantage as the duo battles Yarrawonga for fifth spot.
The trio boasts a two-three win-loss record.
Meanwhile, Wangaratta star midfielder Matt Kelly is in a leg brace after injuring his knee against Lavington last week.
Kelly joins captain Michael Newton (pectoral muscle) out of the team for the away grand final re-match against Albury.
The Pies' depth is highlighted though by the fact two premiership players in Daine Porter and Frazer Dent will return.
Premiers Albury have received a tremendous boost with Jake Gaynor returning from a heavy knock against North Albury on Anzac Day, while fellow premiership duo Jessy Wilson and Jim Grills have also been included.
And in what could be a worrying sign for Lavington's premiership hopes, Shaun Mannagh has been called into Richmond's VFL team.
The Panthers have been pleasantly stunned the livewire had played all six matches, featuring in the best every time in racing to 21 goals, with most of those from the midfield.
He kicked a season-high seven against premiership fancies Wangaratta last week.
Mannagh is one of five changes for the home game against Yarrawonga, including big man Tom Yensch, who's in a moon boot after he limped off against the Pies, and promising youngster Clayton Marsh, who has impressed with his coolness and courage.
